Directions:
Enter your first name and last name (eg "Evan Hoke") into the name field and you password into the password field. Initially your password is the month and day of your birthday in numerical form with leading zeros (eg "0102" for January 2nd). If you are unsure what to enter for your first name (eg "Alexander", "Alex" or "Al") enter only your last name and leave the password field blank. After you submit you can select your name from a list and enter your password.
